Learn What Rotary Clubs Do In Your Community

Rotary Club of Fremont

Wednesdays at 12:00 PM
Centerville Presbyterian Church 4360 Central Avenue

The Mission of the Rotary Club of Fremont is to build meaningful friendships and build members up while we serve our local community as well as the world at large. We affect real change with real people interactions. We believe there is value by meeting in person each week, serving locally through hands-on projects as well as monetary donations and serving internationally with human development projects.

Rotary Club of Fremont Bridge

Second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM
DRYCO Construction 42745 Boscell Rd, Fremont,

We love to do service projects that involve our members along with their children and the local community. A few examples are: we packaged 10,000 servings in dry food that we donated to Alameda Food Bank, donated backpacks to local schools, and taught financial literacy to local elementary school kids in Newark.

We built 2 wells in Ghana, bought sutures for cleft palate surgeries, supported girls hygiene project in India, and starting a vocational training program for high school children in the Philippines.

Rotary Club of Fremont Morning

Wednesdays at 8:00 AM
Fremont Senior Center 40086 Paseo Padre Parkway

We are the only Rotary Club in southern Alameda County for those who prefer to meet before they begin their business day.  We give our utmost effort to benefit our community, both locally and around the world, and have fun doing it.  Just to make sure we have fun, we usually schedule our first meeting of the month to be an informal social dinner to enjoy each other’s company and foster better friendships.

Our work is spread wide.  We support local service organizations that improve our community and mentor youth within the Irvington and Kennedy high school service areas.

We partner with neighboring Rotary Clubs to perform local service projects for those in need and with Rotary International to combat hunger, improve health, promote literacy, and eradicate polio worldwide.  This is what “Service Above Self” is all about.

Rotary Club of FUN Sunset

We meet Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
Kaiser Permanente Conference Room B1A/B1B in Bld B 1st Floor 3553 Whipple Rd, Union City

We provide community service through organized food truck drives, giving meals to families without means, and basic necessities for the unhoused. We are involved in community building and believe that community is necessary for solving problems like inequality, viral diseases, and poverty. We use the Rotary Four Way test to decide the best course of action.  Our club has a variety of projects we bring to our community.
